How to set the access number of IVR voice service

Step 1: Add a new voice service in the VOS system->voice management->voice service, fill in the corresponding name in the service name, and click Apply.

Example: Create a new service called “callback”

Step 2: Select this voice flow in the voice service-direct dial-back dial-up dial-back process. Click Add-on-Edit. After entering this page, you can select and set the relevant parameters of the direct dial and callback services. The specific option meaning can be found in the VOS operation manual. Also need to pay attention to the following points

1. Outbound call outgoing call: The outgoing call display of the second call of the direct dial or callback service can be selected as the IVR number or the original calling number. The quick call de-powered display has the same function as the outgoing call outgoing display, but only applies to the enterprise switchboard business.

2. Access ringing duration: You can set the ringing duration before switching on. It can be edited here and filled in any number less than 99. The first voice delay 2 indicates that the voice delay is 2 seconds after the IVR process is executed, not delayed by 2 seconds. Implementation process.

3. Access Denial Signaling: When the callback service is called, the caller first calls the IVR. The system needs to hang up the call and then call back the caller. Here, you can choose to hang up the call with that kind of signaling, because some Upon receiving the BusyHere (486) signaling, a voice prompt is played, causing the callback to fail due to the busy call.

4. Language directory setting: The voice directory in the binding number has the highest priority, followed by the voice directory in the voice service. If both names are blank, the default language in the system parameter is used, if the default language is also If you are blank, look for an empty language directory.

Step 3: Add a new account in System–Account Management, fill in the account number, account name, and select the rate. Click Apply.

Example: Create a new account with the account number as callback.

Step 4: Add a new phone in System->Service Management->Phone Service->Phone Management, fill in the access number in the phone number field. At the same time, the outgoing call is selected as the Remote-Party-ID, and the purpose is to display the outgoing call display as the actual calling number. Fill in the account number, account name and specific line number of the phone. It is necessary to pay attention to the direct dialing service or the callback service, which requires two lines. The customer can adjust according to their actual business needs. Click Apply.

For example: if the access number is 400, create a new phone, fill in 400 in the phone number field, select the outgoing call as Remote-Party-ID, fill in the callback in the account number field, adjust the number of lines to 100, and click Apply.

Step 5: Select this phone, click Advanced Configuration–Edit–Other, select the process type as direct dial-out, fill in the process name to use the process callback, tick Enable phone configuration, and other options to modify according to actual needs.

Note: Users cannot import voice processes by themselves. Just adding voice services does not take effect. If you need to add voice processes, please contact Kunshi.
