SS_REDIRECT_SERVER: <External routing> server ip address. Multiple addresses should be separated with commas.
Example: 192.168.1.10:5060, 192.168.1.20:5060. Billing request(Sip invite) will be sent to the two addresses with round robin scheduling. The first request will be sent to 192.168.1.10:5060, the second request will be sent to 192.168.1.20:5060, the third request will be sent to 192.168.1.10:5060, and so on.

on: When callee is a phone number in VOS3000 <Phone management>, billing request(Sip invite) will be sent to routing system
off: When callee is a phone number in VOS3000 <Phone management>, billing request(Sip invite) will not be sent to routing system
