The difference between the connection rate and the response rate in the VOS system

The response rate is the number of response CDRs divided by the total number of CDRs (the response CDR refers to the CDRs that the called party is connected to and has the duration of the call).

The connection rate is the number of calls received divided by the total number of calls (the call list contains all the answer bills, no answer bills and called busy bills, as long as the called response rings, it is turned on).

The connection rate is more comprehensive than the response rate to reflect the pros and cons of the quality of the landing.
